Nagano Province is located in the central region of Japan and is surrounded by deep nature. The clear subsoil water from high altitude mountains is an essential element in brewing of Nagano sake and has significant impact on quality of sake. Yatsugatake is a mountainous region made up of several mountains, and is also symbol for co-ordination of 10 breweries of NAGANO CRAFT SAKE. The ten different tastes of sake, which differ greatly despite coming from same water source, can be paired with a variety of cuisine. Terroir created by local rice and water sources. This sake more enhances taste of cuisine.
